Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal notices.

ARTICLE 1 – THE PUBLISHER

The Site is edited and published by CollectChem.

ARTICLE 2 – HOST

The Site is hosted by OVH, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption and where maintenance may be required. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher shall not be held liable.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION

The Site ensures that the User’s personal data is collected and processed with respect for privacy in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
